Ruff Start Rescue improves animal welfare in communities through adoption, education, and providing resources for people and pets. We also aim to be a resource for people and pets who need help - whether that’s to provide assistance to help keep their loved pets in homes, or becoming a resource for those that may need to make a difficult decision to surrender. Our goal is to ensure the safety, comfort, and accessibility to our community to help. Whether dogs, cats, ferrets, guinea pigs, rabbits, we are determined to help as many animals that need us. Every single day, our tireless efforts are propelled by volunteers, fosters, and supporters who unite as a force of unwavering love, saving thousands of lives.
