Hoof N Woof 5K Run & Walk Benefiting Ruff Start Rescue

The University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine is excited for another year of the Hoof N Woof 5k! ALL PROCEEDS support Ruff Start Rescue.

Please plan to stop by and learn even more about Ruff Start Rescue at their booth on race day!

Packet pick-up will start at 8:15am with the race beginning at 9:30 am on Saturday, April 5th, 2025, right outside the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine building on Fitch Avenue on the St. Paul campus. Runners and walkers of all ages and abilities are encouraged to participate, and leashed/vaccinated dogs are more than welcome! We hope you'll hang around after to visit booths from the wonderful sponsors and local pet businesses. Be sure to stay for the award ceremony that will take place for the runners and their furry companions as well. Parking is available in the Gortner Avenue Parking Garage.

Registration for the race is $30, and includes a goodie bag and a free food ticket you can exchange for a bagel and coffee (limit 1 per person)! In addition, every participant will receive a FREE t-shirt! Registration closes at 11:59pm on Friday, March 28th. There is no same-day registration option.
